1. The trip will take approximately 14 hours.
  2. To enter the station you must show your travel ticket and carry your identity document.
  3. Be at the station 30 minutes before the departure time of the Train, in case of missing the Train there is no refund of the Travel Ticket. Passenger access to the Lima and Huancayo Stations will only be allowed up to 10 minutes before the train departure time.
  4. There is no reimbursement of the ticket, it can only be transferred to another passenger or postpone the travel date, only once, during the following 12 months, with an anticipation of not less than 24 hours before the day and time of departure from Lima by means of communication to the company, upon payment of a penalty of 20% of the value of the travel ticket.
  5. The company reserves the right to suspend the service in case of adverse weather conditions, social disturbances or serious damage to the railway, in order to safeguard the physical integrity of the passengers, the passenger being able to travel at a later date or request a refund of your passage.
  6. The service will be provided, as long as there are at least 2 passenger cars.
  7. It is forbidden for passengers to get on or off the moving trains, open the doors of the cars or put their physical integrity at risk during the trip, otherwise, the passenger will be removed from the Train.
  8. Respect the seat number and car number corresponding to your ticket.
  9. The company reserves the right to assign seats in the Huancayo-Lima section of the same class, if necessary.
  10. In the case of minors traveling without the company of their parents, the respective notarial permits must be displayed to board the train.
  11. It is prohibited the ambulatory sale inside the Train.
  12. Animals are not allowed in passenger cars.
  13. Intoxicated people will not be allowed to enter, nor will passengers who disturb the order or disturb others with their attitude.
  14. Passengers may only carry small luggage, suitcases or packages that do not exceed 20 kgs inside the Train. of weight together and for no reason the luggage will be placed in the aisles. In the case of requiring 1 or 2 seats to place your luggage, you must pay the cost of these.
  15. Passengers who do not comply with the provisions of the service or do not respect the observations of authorized personnel will be removed from the Train.
  16. The passenger has the obligation to respect the other provisions indicated by the Company.
  17. Passengers under 5 years of age and over 60 years of age must present a Medical Certificate of good health in order to travel. In the event that passengers suffer from a pre-existing illness, the company will not be responsible in this regard.
