1. The journey lasts approximately between 12 to 14 hours.
  2. To enter the station, passengers must show their travel ticket and carry a valid ID.
  3. For boarding, passengers must arrive at the station 60 minutes before the train’s departure time. Access to the Lima and Huancayo stations will only be allowed up to 15 minutes before departure. If the train is missed, the ticket is non-refundable and boarding at any station other than the original departure station will not be allowed.
  4. Boarding is prohibited at any unauthorized railway station; the only authorized boarding/disembarking stations are Lima (Desamparados, Jr. Ancash 207, Lima) and Huancayo (Jr. Pachitea 201, Huancayo, in front of Real Plaza Huancayo).
  5. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Postponement is allowed only once and within one year of purchase, with a 20% administrative fee.
  6. The company reserves the right to suspend service in case of adverse weather conditions, social unrest, or serious damage to the railway, in order to safeguard passengers’ physical safety. In such cases, passengers may reschedule their trip or request a refund, valid for up to one year.
  7. Service will only be provided if there are at least three full passenger cars.
  8. Passengers are prohibited from boarding or alighting from moving trains, opening car doors, or endangering their safety during the journey. Otherwise, the passenger will be removed from the train.
  9. Passengers must respect the seat and car number indicated on their ticket.
  10. The company reserves the right to reassign seats in the Huancayo–Lima segment within the same class if necessary.
  11. Minors traveling without their parents must present the corresponding notarized authorizations to board the train.
  12. Street vending is prohibited inside the train.
  13. Animals are not allowed in passenger cars.
  14. Drunk individuals or passengers who disturb the order or bother others will not be allowed to board.
  15. The entry of alcoholic beverages, firearms, or sharp objects into the passenger train is prohibited. If detected, these items will be confiscated and the company reserves the right to remove the passenger(s).
  16. Passengers may only bring one small piece of luggage, suitcase, or package with a combined weight not exceeding 15 kg. Under no circumstances may luggage be placed in the aisles. If one or two seats are needed for luggage, their cost must be paid.
  17. Passengers who do not comply with the service rules or do not follow the authorized staff’s instructions will be removed from the train.
  18. Passengers must comply with any other regulations issued by the company.
  19. Passengers under 5 years old and over 60 must present a Medical Certificate of good health to travel. In case of pre-existing medical conditions, the company assumes no responsibility.

Note. – A Complaints Book is available at both departure and arrival stations upon request.

By accepting these conditions, the passenger enters into an agreement with Ferrocarril Central Andino and agrees to comply with all terms.
